As a frequent shopper, I have always appreciated the wide range of trendy and stylish options available here. From classic essentials to cutting-edge designs, Zara consistently delivers on fashion-forward clothing. The store itself is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the various sections. The layout allows shoppers to explore a vast array of clothing, footwear, and accessories, ensuring there is something to suit everyone's taste. Zara's dedication to staying on top of the latest fashion trends is commendable, as they always seem to have the latest styles on display. The quality of their products has been consistently good, especially considering the affordable price range. However, the only disappointment I've experienced with Zara is the absence of a dedicated kids department in this particular store. As a parent, it would be convenient to find a range of stylish and affordable options for my little ones under the same roof. While Zara does offer a kids collection online, it would be fantastic to see a dedicated section within the physical store as well. Despite this minor setback, I still highly recommend Zara for fashion-forward individuals looking to keep up with the latest trends. The store's ambiance, vast selection, and reasonable pricing make it a go-to destination for men and women seeking stylish clothing. I hope Zara takes note of this feedback and considers expanding their offerings to include a dedicated kids department in the future. It would undoubtedly enhance the overall shopping experience and attract a broader customer base.

I ordered a pair of boots online and what I received was one boot as I ordered and another one in a different size and model, which was an awful surprise! went to their store at century city mall and had to stay in line for 30 minutes to be able to talk to someone, finally when I thought the error is gonna get fixed they told me they can’t help me because I was in a wrong line and I have to stay in another line next to the first one for another 30 minutes even tho they helped another customer return her order right before me, not to mention a blonde lady, this is the second time I’m facing a totally unfair situation and a very bad customer service at this store and even tho I like this brand, I am not gonna shop from them anymore unless they set some standards for their customer service and treat people equally, I’ve heard that Zara discriminated their workers in countries like Turkey but discriminating a customer based on their ethnicity in United States and especially in California is not something we would tolerate.

Ok I never write reviews but this one was worth my time…. I have never had such a bad experience in a store. The staff were extremely rude, anything but helpful and not to mention wouldn't let me even bring clothes to my boyfriend in the male dressing room because I was a female…. For god sakes I’m bringing him clothes to buy at your store. Worst experience ever and I will not be going back…. These companies need to stop hiring the worst employees

I never had any bad experiences here. I don’t know why it’s so many bad reviews. Always have modern styles here with great discounts options sometimes or regular/new styles. I have been coming here since 2016 and always love coming back here. The staffs were also helpful and friendly in assisting me with getting out-of-items on the floor. Busy/long line? This is one of the busiest areas in LA, so that’s why and compared to the one in South Coast Plaza in Orange County, this is nothing. Its hell down there with over 100 people waiting in line, and I could never shop there or check out. I walked in and walked back out right away since it was 30 mins wait or more prolonged. I waited 5-10 mins here. Just choose the weekdays instead of weekends, then your life will be easier.

The cashier had bad manners and a negative attitude. She made me feel unwelcome and wonder if she resented her job. The personnel of the storeroom shuffled around a lot and engaged in conversations with each other, but it took me asking three associates before I found one person who knew where a blazer that I held in my hands was located in the room. Someone spilled water on the stool in the dressing room, and the associate couldn't care to find a tissue to wipe it. There were men roaming in the dressing area of the women's section. The curtains in the dressing rooms don't close all the way, and one could see women undressing. Also, not specific to this location, but come on, Zara, the dressing rooms are so small, one can't really see how the clothes fit. You wouldn't believe it is a Beverly Hills establishment.

Worst company. I bought something that I didn't see was faulty and defect in the store because of the satin/shiny fabric and I had unfortunately cut the tags at home - which I still have - and only then tried it on cause I def wanted to keep the item. That's when I saw the weird stains/dye issue on the fabric. The store sends me to the customer service and the customer service to the store, nobody can help. Left in complete vacuum trying to resolve this issue about their faulty product. Don't EVER cut the gigantic, annoying internal tags that destroy the shape of the dress AND - that have a scissor on them because no one will even try to look at your items without it even thought you got all the tags and receipts and can show them! Update October '23 (lol): I went back today, months later after my initial review. I've been to Zara's all over the world from the US - Europe - India - Singapore. In LA this one is unfortunately the closest to my house. I repeat: this one is the worst! Today (MONDAY, ~2pm) they had 5 counters open, all 5 counters only 'worked off' the purchase line which maybe had 5-6people in line - NONE of them worked on the return line (same amount, 5-6people in line). They just left the counter empty and all of us waiting for more than 6-7minutes, while the line got longer and longer... one of the ladies in front of me asked them about it, and they said they can't do returns (which is a lie and obviously not true, all of them can do returns at any counter) ... they did this until the purchase line was empty and then one of them started taking people from our 'returns' line, by then there was a line of almost 20 people which was half the store long... some of the people in the back just left, but new people kept coming. And the best things to top it off, two of the zara employees just left their post at the counter in the middle of this to hang 2 shirts or 'catch a break' lol who knows - that's how it looked like and all of us were just shaking our heads, they were also SO rude when asked... and finally 2 of them started working off the returns line cause it was huge... Still the worst managed Zara I've ever been to.
